At Rocky Hill Yoga class sizes are small and we focus on safety.

All levels are welcome and accommodated.
We recommend students that are new to yoga to start with a beginners’ class or join our
foundations class (Yoga 101) on the first Saturday of every month.

The only goals for practice are:

Show up on your mat early and ready
Breathe
Awareness

And remember: Be here. Be present. Do not lose yourself in the mind.

Yoga is an opportunity to be in the present moment, which is the most valuable gift you can give yourself.
